The government of Nova Scotia launched YourHealthNS, a new app that gives Nova Scotians access to health information, resources and services in the palm of their hands.
Available for mobile and the web, and with a customizable home screen, YourHealthNS features a health services finder search tool and a virtual assistant that can help guide Nova Scotians to their best care option.
Through the app, patients can book blood tests, X-Rays, ECGs/EKGs, or COVID-19/flu shots and access COVID-19 test results and some vaccination records. The app also offers information on services available through Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health for women and children, emergency department wait times, mental health and addiction resources, community resources (such as pharmacies) and virtual care.
