All prescription refills require an appointment. If you are calling/messaging us to fill your prescription without a booked appointment, you will be required to pay a $20.00 fee.
Patients are prescribed enough medication at each appointment to last until they are due to see their physician/nurse practitioner again. Please check with your physician at each appointment to see when you will be due for your next appointment.
Your physician or nurse practitioner is booked up weeks in advance. To avoid running out of your regular medication, we recommend calling at least 6 weeks ahead to book your next regular appointment.
Please always check with your pharmacy to see if you have refills on file.
Tip When you’ve picked up your last refill from the pharmacy, contact us right away to schedule your appointment to ensure you do not run out.
