Dr. Leverman works at our Spryfield Clinic.
Dr. Leverman grew up in Amherst, Nova Scotia. She graduated from Dalhousie University in 2002 and completed her Family Medicine training in 2004. She started practicing Family Medicine in 2011 in Hay River, Northwest Territories and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Her medical interests include Emergency, Acute Care, Procedures, Pain Management and Mental Health. She has a teaching appointment from Dalhousie and started teaching students and residents in 2005.
Dr. Leverman values the importance of work-life balance. She is married with one child. She enjoy outdoor activities (hiking, paddle boarding), as well as running, yoga and reading.
