Dr. Colin Appleby was born and raised in Prince George, the capital of Northern British Columbia. He completed his undergraduate degree in biomedical studies at UNBC (Prince George) and went on to obtain his medical degree through The UBC Northern Medical Program.
Colin enjoys the full scope that family medicine offers, and is particularly interested in exploring sports medicine, ER work and inpatient medicine. He hopes to eventually work in a rural area where he can run a diverse practice while still being an active member of the community.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing a variety of sports including volleyball, hockey, and golf, and is a dispirited yet devoted Canucks fan. He is extremely excited to explore the east coast where he will hopefully improve his atrocious surfing skills.
