Dr. Neumann works at our Spryfield Clinic.
Dr. Neumann grew up Yarmouth NS. She started her undergraduate degree at University of Western Ontario but then moved to Europe once she was accepted to the Medical University of Warsaw, Poland. After graduating in 2005, she completed her residency at Dalhousie University in 2008. Afterwards, she provided locum work around Halifax, doing Newborn and Obstetrical care at the IWK, practiced hospital care at the QEII, and even did emergency medical coverage for rural NS in Shelburne, Digby and Amherst. Anna is an Assistant Professor with Dalhousie University, Department of Family Medicine. Anna finally settled in academic medicine in Spryfield in 2011 and now primarily focuses on newborn and obstetrical health.
Anna resides in Bedford with her military husband George, and two young sons, Michael and Theodore.
