New blood collection clinic at Spryfield Community Wellness Centre

Nova Scotia Health Authority is opening a new blood collection clinic at the Spryfield Community Wellness Centre, 16 Dentith Road, Spryfield Shopping Centre, Halifax.

The Spryfield Blood Collection Clinic will open January 23, 2018 with the following hours:

• Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. • Friday: 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Patients must be 12 years or older.

Child safety: For safety reasons, children are not able to accompany parents or guardians into blood collection booths unless safely secured in a stroller or car seat.

This location has a child-safe play area that parents or guardians can see from the blood collection booths.

Those who bring children are responsible for the care and safety of their child during their visit; our sta are unable to look a er children while patients are waiting or having blood taken.
